Experienced people & bottom-line driven executive manager with a hands-on approach to building and running startup companies, Jonathan brings the kind of honesty and commitment to startups and projects that gets them done on time and ahead of budget.
President / VP Sales & Marketing
Prior to joining WorkHabit, Troy was the Emerging Technology Strategist for Business Objects, where he led the creation of their Enterprise 2.0 strategy and assisted in the creation of a new software-on-demand business unit.
CFO/COO
Liz Schroeder, M.A. earned her degrees from the University of California, Davis. As an assistant professor she taught Group Communications with a Project Management twist.
Later, utilizing her degree in research design, she worked for the University of California Agricultural Issues Department where she delved into designing questions of how regulations affect how farmers do business in the highly regulated state of California. Leading a team of 14, Liz assisted the research leaders in questioning hundreds of farmers and creating a database to record their responses.
VP of Products
Adam Kalsey has been an internet entrepreneur since 1995. Prior to joining WorkHabit, Adam was VP of Products for an angel investment
group where he assisted their various portfolio companies.
VP Professional Services
Equally comfortable in design, code, wireframes, or spreadsheets, Crystal loves working in all aspects of web projects to produce world-class web properties.
Crystal earned a dual major in Economics and Media Studies from Scripps College, found her way to Drupal in 2006, and hasn't looked back. With experience in the worlds of Retail/Channel Marketing, Web Development, Design Agencies, and the Music Industry, she loves crossing industries to create innovative solutions for clients.

Aaron Stewart is the co-founder and Director of Engineering for WorkHabit. He is constantly working on the bleeding edge of technology, building innovative mashups and extending business systems with the latest and greatest.

Senior Drupal Engineer
Domenic brings to the table more than a decade of web development background, including HTML, CSS, Flash and ActionScript, PHP, Javascript, and more. Domenic's the maintainer on several Drupal modules including the all-new Amazon Associates Services import module.

Ben is a senior engineer at WorkHabit, with a passion to make make technology more accessible to others through teaching, contributing to the open source community, and developing cutting edge social web applications.

For over 13 years Emily has been trying to stay a step ahead of the newest web technologies, focusing most recently on true integration and intelligent applications allowing for simplified user interface design.
Senior System Administrator
Gary has been abusing the Linux command line since 1997, and has been a member of the WorkHabit team since the company's inception. Prior to WorkHabit, he worked with Jonathan at FireBright, overseeing the day to day operations of a large HSPComplete/Virtuozzo cluster.
Senior Engineer
For over 12 years, Jim has had a penchant for making things run quickly and securely. And he brings those expertise to bare at WorkHabit.
As a jack of all trades, his tool box is deep and is likely to contain tools relevant to the next challenge. In the past, he has been found at companies like Netscape, Nokia, IronKey, and Skyfire. During that time, he worked on platforms ranging from embedded systems and mobile handsets to network appliances and large scale distributed systems.

Kyle likes to take long walks on the beach, have candlelight dinners, and write gnarly jQuery and PHP.
He spends most of his personal time developing wrapper classes and integration pieces with various social-oriented web sites, and spends his professional time solving problems. He codes with the lights off and a vast supply of chilled Cokes at hand.

Ann is a java and rails developer who likes to see what happens to distributed systems when you unleash thousands of requests per second at them. She developed an interest in distributed systems at Amazon.com, where she worked on application development, architecture, and system scaling with community and vendor services applications. Ann is not afraid of multicast packet storms.

Nick Russell provides both entrepreneurial expertise as well as a keen eye for team development and professional, client-facing interaction.
He brings over 7 years of experience in the realms of PHP / MySQL applications as well as HTML and CSS design. He is also an expert in Demographic and Psychographic philosophy which places him above the norm when developing and executing programmatic and visual design solutions for the social media industry.
